Some People are CRAZY! | Monday, December 8th, 2008

Its the holiday season, this is true actually the holiday season started around just before Thanksgiving. So yes it is the holiday season and I'm guess that since its that time for doing nice things and earning karma points, people think they can just submit stories that, well for lack of a better term, bite. They apparently think that because its that jolly time of year I'll be nice and decide that these stories deserved to be published. Thoughtful Ideas | Thursday, December 11th, 2008

After publishing my third book, A writer's Life, I've been trying to get back to my roots, what it was that inspired me to start writing. When I first started writing I wanted to be a well renowned author. Well the thing is that being a published author, and being a renowned author are two very different things. All in a Day's Work | Friday, December 5th, 2008

I've been working at WritersINK for about a month now, and the thing is that I love it. No I'm not just saying that because I'm blogging for the people that employ me but because its the truth. Its true I'm an intern, and that I lucked out when the magazine came up with the brillant idea that the readers wanted to know the minds of other writers. So they choose me, it was a big day, a promotion really because instead of just proof reading articles before they go to the copy editors, and getting coffee I actually get to write, even if its my own personal thoughts. They choose people based on what they wrote about, we were to write a diary entry that any and everyone would want to read, and it wasn't something we made up but how we portrayed our life, and how we structured our thoughts. Apparently the smart sassy way (their words not mine) way I speak within my head makes for a very compelling read. Who knew!
